Loan Officer/Portfolio Manager

About the Organization:
Dwadifo Adanfo is a financial NGO that increases access to business credit, makes loans, and provides training which enable emerging entrepreneurs and businesses to realize their dreams and be catalysts for positive economic and social change.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Serve as relationship managers for DA clients ( PM will have a particular zone)- client visits
• Build high yielding and healthy loan portfolio
• Bring in All in One Susu Account Clients
• Responsible for loan applications and Monitoring of disbursed loans.
• Analyze and verify the application to determine the client's credit worthiness.
• Collection of loan repayments
• Marketing of DA’s All in One Susu Account
• Marketing of DA’s other products
• Assuring long term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ratio of revolving clients
• Given the nature of the work, it is expected that s/he be flexible and understand they may be asked to carry out duties which are not specifically listed above.
Qualification:
-Degree/HND in accounting
- 1 year expereince/ National Service
- Females are encouraged to apply
