Job Description
- Present monthly customer care report to CEO/MD.
- Organise and oversee all public relations events.
- In-charge of customer database and complaints.
- Follow-up on application/renewal of expatriate staffs working/residence permits.
- Recommend all sponsorship requests to the CEO/MD for approval in line with departmental budget.
Required Skills or Experience
- A good 1st degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in Public Relations.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills and must be computer literate (MS Word, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint) and must have good presentation skills.
- Significant experience in marketing.
- Familiarity with mainstream media.
- Must be a team player with ability to multi-task.
